How QuickStaff collects, uses and protects the information that candidates, hiring companies and website visitors share with us. Written the way we'd explain it on a call — no boilerplate you have to translate.

The short version
QuickStaff is a small, boutique hiring practice, not a data broker. We collect the information candidates and hiring companies give us so we can do one job well: match the right person to the right role. We share a candidate's profile with a specific employer only as part of representing that candidate for a live mandate — never in bulk, never without the candidate having engaged with us first. We don't sell personal information, and we don't run advertising trackers on this site. If any of that ever changes, this page changes with it.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to three groups of people, and each is handled a little differently:
- Candidates — anyone who submits a profile or resume through Find a Job, applies for a role, or gets in touch about one.
- Hiring companies — anyone who submits a hiring requirement through Find a Candidate or Contact Us, or otherwise gets in touch as an employer.
- Website visitors — anyone browsing quickstaff.co.in who hasn't submitted a form.
Information we collect
From candidates
Name, email address, phone number, the role you're applying for or interested in, and your resume/CV if you choose to attach one (up to 5MB). Anything else you choose to tell us — current role, compensation expectations, notice period — when you share it with us directly, by form or by email.
From hiring companies
Your name, company name, work email, phone number, industry, and a description of the hiring requirement you're bringing to us.
From everyone browsing the site
Standard technical information any web server sees — pages visited, browser type, approximate location from IP address — used only to keep the site running and secure. We don't use this information to build profiles or to track you across other sites.
How we use it
- To review your profile against live, confidential hiring mandates and get back to you if there's a fit.
- To run a search on behalf of a hiring company — mapping the market, approaching candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- To respond to enquiries sent through our forms, email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn.
- To keep strong candidate profiles on file so we can consider you for a future search in the same space, even if nothing is open today.
- To keep the website secure and working as intended.
We do not use candidate or client information to send marketing you didn't ask for, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.
How long we keep it
We keep candidate profiles for as long as they're useful for matching you to roles — often longer than a single search, since a profile that isn't a fit today may be exactly right for something that opens up later. Hiring-company enquiries are kept for as long as needed to manage that relationship. Either way, if you'd rather we didn't keep your information on file, tell us and we'll remove it.
Keeping it safe
Resumes and enquiry details are transmitted over an encrypted connection and land directly in the inbox of the person running your search or handling your enquiry — there's no public database of candidate profiles sitting behind this website. Access is limited to the QuickStaff team members who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, sensible precautions given the size and nature of the practice.
Your rights & choices
You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it entirely. If you're a candidate, you can also ask to be excluded from consideration for future roles without deleting your record outright. We aim to handle these requests in line with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To exercise any of these, just email us — see Contact us below.
Children's privacy
QuickStaff is a permanent-hiring and executive-search practice aimed at working professionals. This site isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.
Links to other sites
Our site links out to places like LinkedIn and WhatsApp for your convenience. Once you leave quickstaff.co.in, that platform's own privacy policy applies — we'd recommend giving it a read before sharing anything there.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if how we handle information changes, and update the "Last updated" date at the top when we do. For anything material, we'll make it obvious rather than quietly editing the fine print.

Questions about this policy, or want to access, correct or delete your information? Email info@quickstaff.co.in and we'll get back to you personally — the same way we handle everything else.
